Activate your Future with Form the Future
We are proud to be working with Form the Future to deliver Activate Your Future, a pilot programme as part of the CPCA’s Youth Guarantee Trailblazer. The programme supports young people aged 16–21 to explore career options, build confidence and develop the practical skills needed to move into employment.
Working with local employers, training providers and careers professionals, the programme offers up to 150 young people engaging, supported experiences that help create clear pathways into work and future opportunities.

Currenting NEET and living in Cambridgeshire?
This form can be completed by/for a young person aged 16 to 21 (or up to 25 with an EHCP) who is currently NEET (not in Education, Employment or Training) to request one to one support from Cambridgeshire County Council.
This referral can be filled out directly by a young person to request support in finding education, employment or training for themselves.
